Manage Products for Classes

Add or Remove Products from Classes

You can easily add or remove products for specific classes and view teachers’ product selections. Follow the steps below to Add and Manage products for specific classes.

1. Go to Pearson EasyBridge.
2. Click Sign in/Administrator sign in and enter your username and password.
3. Use Filter classes to quickly find a class. Classes can be filtered by class name, class code, class type, course name, grade, primary teacher, school name (district administrators only), SIS source id, and subject.

   

4. Click the class name. This brings you to the class details page.
5. Click the Manage products button below Class info.
6. Check the box to the left of the product name you would like to add to the class. Alternatively, you can uncheck the box to remove the product name from a class. Current products already associated with that class display at the top of the window. Filter on Platform and/or Product Name to quickly locate specific products.

   Note: Removing a product from a class results in permanent data loss. Only remove a product from a class when you know that the teacher no longer needs access to that course for the class.

7. Save changes.

Best Practice: If your search does not result in what you are looking for, try clearing your filters first.

Adding MathXL® for School

MathXL® for School courses require a two-step process. First add MathXL® for School for all courses to the class. Second, add a specific MathXL® for School course. Administrators can only do the first step. Teachers then need to complete the second step on EasyBridge to add a specific MathXL for School course to the class. Students will not have access to the math curriculum for their class until teachers complete this step.

Note: For districts that have chosen to disable product association for teachers, teachers will still need to select a specific MathXL® for School course after an administrator has added MathXL® for School to their class(es).
